Remarks: EA prev. reptd. Snyder, Texas This soldier had two serial Nos. Upon leaving the States he was given serial No. 1483406, organization Co. A, 133 M.G. Bn. but was slightly injured on the transport going over, and upon arrival was evacuated to a hospital. Upon leaving he was sent to the first Repl. Depot for reassignment (Co. E, 142nd Inf.) and there received his new number (1401434). Previously reported Marvin W. Wilson. OVER, F115 4-20-21, 21, S# 196
