In heaven 'tis said the Angels tried
Led by the Devil to seize and divide
This little, but beautiful, world of ours
To make a foothold for the evil powers
The Almighty had made it the Devil's too
With all of his bold rebellious crew
And further in view of his first great plan
He made a boss creature and called it man
And into his nostrils he breathed new life
A passion a something this want of a wife
And wishing life's _____ to ___ more glib
He put him to sleep and extracted a rib
And into the rib so the Bible-tale goes
A beautiful creature _____ ____
As like to the other as turns ever ____
