Great-Grandson Restored Model A

David Addie, great-grandson of F. C. Hoppe, purchased this Ford Model A car on the estate sale of Olive Hoppe in 1989. David is the son of E. Lee Addie, who sent us the photo. Lee is the son of Anna Margaret (Hoppe) Addie. The car was originally owned by F. C. Hoppe who died in 1943. His daughter, Olive, was the owner of his estate at the time of her death on March 21, 1989. Olive drove the car in original condition as late as the 1970’s before she gave up driving.
