The purpose of the Association is to promote family unity through the organization of the annual Hoppe Family Reunion and to preserve the Hoppe family history with the production of the Hoppe Family Reunion Newsletter.

The 2024 Reunion (69th) was held on July 27, 2024 in Fairbury, Nebraska. The next reunion will be Saturday July 26, 2025 at the Community Center in the City Park in Fairbury, Nebraska. To enter the park, located on the southwest edge of Fairbury, go south on Maple Street or west on 5th Street. The Community Center is in the northwest corner of the park, next to the swimming pool.

A potluck dinner will begin at 12 Noon.
